6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to:

  • Manage sessions and preferences
  • Improve targeting and performance

You can adjust cookie settings via your browser.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to:

  • Deliver services
  • Comply with legal and audit requirements
  • Analyze usage or plan features

When data is no longer required for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it. Google user data associated with a disconnected account is deleted within a commercially reasonable period following disconnection.

8. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS/HTTPS
  • Encryption of data at rest
  • Role-based access controls that limit access to personal data to authorized personnel who need it to perform their duties
  • Network- and application-level protections
  • Regular review of our security practices and prompt remediation of identified vulnerabilities

While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

9. Google User Data

When you connect your Google Account, Sessionary requests only the minimum scopes required to provide our scheduling features: read-only access to your calendars to determine your availability, and the ability to create and manage the session events we book on your behalf.

We access, use, and store Google user data solely to provide and improve these features. Sessionary's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

You may disconnect your Google Account at any time, and you can revoke Sessionary's access via your Google Account permissions.

Google User Data and AI/ML. Notwithstanding any other statement in this Policy regarding model training, derived data, or monetization, Google user data — including any data obtained through Google Calendar — is used solely to provide Sessionary's scheduling features. We do not use, transfer, or sell Google user data (whether raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived) to develop, train, or improve any generalized or foundational artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and we do not share Google user data with any third-party AI or ML service. Sessionary's handling of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Third-Party AI Services. Sessionary uses artificial intelligence to power certain product features and to structure and organize its own platform data. This processing is provided through OpenRouter (an AI API gateway), which routes requests to Anthropic's Claude models. Our OpenRouter account is configured so that inputs are not used by providers to train their models. As described above, Google user data is never transmitted to OpenRouter, Anthropic, or any other AI or ML service.
